LUCKY IN LOVE AND BINGO

Andrew Gilmour, a 38-year-old father of three, has found that the bingo hall is the place to find luck - not just in bingo, but love as well.

 

The Tiverton resident hit the jackpot at Exeter's Mecca Bingo hall after winning an astounding £200,000 bingo bonanza, according to the Express & Echo.

 

"The announcer came on and said the national winner was in Exeter and I knew it was me. Everyone was clapping and my fiancee was in tears," he said.

 

And it is by no means the first happy occasion for Mr Gilmour inside a bingo hall. It was where he met his fiancee, Linda, and where they subsequently enjoyed their first date.

 

He even went one step further and proposed to her in the bingo hall.

 

With such a massive win they will now be able to enjoy a fairytale wedding, though whether or not they choose to tie the knot in the bingo hall remains to be seen. Just don't be surprised if the vicar shouts "House!"
