TOP TEN BUYS BRAVO BINGO
10/02/2006Top Ten will take Bravo Bingo's three freehold bingo clubs, which are situated in Worksop, Leicester and Blackwood, for £1.85 million.
In January, Top Ten announced that it had acquired the lease from Apollo Bingo for a new bingo club in Worksop.
With the Bravo Bingo deal it will now cut down to one single club for Worksop.
Top Ten chairman, Sir Aubrey Brocklebank, commented: "We came to the AIM market with eleven clubs in 2002 with an ambition to grow through selected acquisitions in a fragmented market.
"We have been able to do this very successfully acquiring twenty clubs in the last year alone, and have integrated these clubs into the group, optimised their performance and taken advantage of the increasing scale of our operations.
"We believe there is still much that we can do and that we are very well placed to achieve our ambitions."
