It could be quite some party too, as Mrs Whiteford took home £101,000 from the Mecca Club in Wishaw, winning in just 41 numbers.
The widow, who also has seven grandchildren, has been a bingo regular for some time and feels the big bingo win rewarded many hours with eyes down.
She said: "Everything comes to those who wait. I couldnt believe it when they announced how much I had won. I dont think I will until I get the cheque."
