28/04/2006Well for one bingo player from Kirkcaldy, Fife, things got even better than that, after the mother-of-four won a house in Spain.
The villa in Valencia went to the lucky 41-year-old while she was playing at the Rio Bingo Club, local newspaper the Courier reports.
Larger sites are increasingly starting to offer holiday homes...Virgin, Gala and Mecca to name just three.
She said: "I love the sun and have been to Barcelona and Benidorm before, but never dreamed I would own my own house in Spain.
"I haven't been able to sleep properly since and keep thinking I will wake up to find it's a dream."
It is no dream though as 120 people were there to witness her magic moment, the ultimate culmination for someone who first played bingo at the age of 18 and whose previous biggest win of £3,000 came a decade ago.
