XMAS PRESENTS ON THE LIST FOR BINGO WINNER
12/09/2006Nine lucky winners shared a £10,000 prize from the Evening News newspaper in Scotland, landing £1,111 each.
One of the winners was mum-of-three Elizabeth Lindsay, who told the paper she intends to splash the cash on the festive season celebrations.
"I'm going to put the money towards Christmas presents," Elizabeth said, according to the Evening News.
"I couldn't wait for the paper to be delivered on Saturday morning. I was over the moon when I realised I had won."
The Down Your Street bingo game made 38-year-old Elizabeth, from Easterhouse, very happy indeed.
Maybe she and the eight other lucky winners should try and continue their streak on the internet by playing some online bingo?
