Well for one mother-of-three, from Westwood, Peterborough, this bonus came in the bingo variety – and a £200,000 jackpot to boot.
She reached a full house in just 40 numbers while playing at a Gala Bingo, which was good enough to claim the massive National Bingo Game kitty, Peterborough's Evening Telegraph reports.
While the women told the paper that she "never dreamed anything like this would ever happen", those with a little local knowledge might not have been so surprised.
Peterborough has proved to be one of the luckiest places in the UK to enjoy bingo success, as Georgina Palmer, a spokesperson for the National Bingo Game, confirmed.
She said: "A total of 500 clubs play the national game and with six wins under its belt, Peterborough is doing very well indeed."
