Online bingo revenue at the firm slid by $61,234 from the previous quarter to end at $821,893, which meant a net loss of $51,251 for the quarter.
Company chief executive Tarrnie Williams said: "We were unable to maintain our strong revenue growth due to unforeseen and persistent software problems combined with slower summer demand."
However, Bingo.com said that it had now completed its UK research and initial preparations for entry into the market.
"Our planning, combined with the rapid disposition of our US cash business, puts us in a strong position to return to profitability," said Mr Williams.
Bingo.com has 1,650,000 registered users and claims to be among the most visited bingo entertainment portals on the internet.
