It is believed that the lucky lady in question is Valerie Hargrave, of nearby Moss Bay, Workington's News & Star reports.
The victory was part of the National Bingo Game, with the owner of Opera, Graves Cumberland, confirming the bingo hall had struck it lucky.
Charlotte Kennedy, marketing manager for Graves Cumberland, told the newspaper: "It's great news, congratulations to her."
Just last year, Marc Goodwin, who used to run a Gala Bingo hall in Carlisle, landed a kitty worth £81,000 at the same venue.
In addition to this, at the nearby Gaiety bingo venue in Whitehaven, pensioner Jean Steele landed £101,000, which was the perfect present as she was celebrating her 80th birthday at the time.
