"I play bingo about three times a week at my local bingo hall and was feeling a bit bored on New Year's Day," Denise said, according to CasinoTimes.
"My local bingo hall was not open so I decided to search for an online bingo site and noticed that Spectra Bingo was giving new players £1 free to try the site so that's what I did."
Denise, who has been playing bingo for nine years, began with just that £1, but finished up her session with a not-too-shabby £1,800 in its place!
Another online bingo site, Jackpot Joy, has said recently that it expects online bingo to become even more popular once the smoking ban comes into force in England in July.
