23/01/2007

The 50-year-old, playing at the Carlton Club at the Almondvale Centre, was enjoying the National Bingo Game when all her numbers came up, the Edinburgh Evening News reports.

It meant that she landed an incredible £100,000 prize to continue the club's remarkable lucky streak.

The woman, who wished to remain anonymous, was understandably amazed by her win.

"I was in total shock when I realised how much I had won," she told the newspaper.

After the National Lottery, the National Bingo Game is the biggest nationwide computer controlled game, meaning the West Lothian woman beat fellow bingo players in hundreds of clubs to earn her jackpot.
