According to the National Bingo Game, Friday 13th is the best day on which to play bingo, because lots of bingo players who are a little on the superstitious side decide not to play the numbers game then.
The luckiest bingo town, meanwhile, is Dundee, with no fewer than nine land-based bingo jackpots being won in the Scottish location last year.
Dundee is followed by Swindon, Southampton, Ipswich, Rotherham, Glasgow and Rochdale for bringing the best in bingo luck.
The National Bingo Game also estimates that three million people play bingo on a regular basis in the UK.
