The structure is a landmark in Fleetwood and is to be auctioned off later this month.
Even though it was sold in the middle of last year for £1.3 million, the website reports it could now go for as little as £500,000.
Some former members of staff from the pier believe that a bingo hall would make the perfect attraction for the area, as it would be able to draw people in at all times of the year.
And with the popularity of bingo soaring all the time, the pier could enjoy a new lease of life before too long.
