Staff from Gala Bingo in Greenbridge spent two days clearing the area, before planting wild flowers and creating pathways from donated wood chippings, reports the Swindon Advertiser.
Speaking in the publication, assistant manager of the Gala bingo hall Dee King said: "Everyone did a fantastic job and they put in a lot of effort ... Some of the group are going back to finish it at the weekend."
The efforts were part of Gala Bingo's Nottinghamshire Cares voluntary scheme, operated by non-profit charity Business in the Community as part of the firm's overall commitment to charitable work.
At a ceremony held in February, the Gala Bingo group announced that it has raised a total of £1 million for Breakthrough Breast Cancer and £200,000 for the NSPCC.
Meanwhile, the Greenbridge Gala bingo hall was named among the top ten luckiest clubs in the country by the National Bingo Game Association in its 2005 annual survey.
