19/04/2007The unnamed 62-year-old woman won the national jackpot after achieving bingo in 41 calls, the lowest figure in the country, reports Blackpool Today.
As a result, she claimed the £100,000 prize, as well as regional and house bonuses of £1,000 and £49.
However, the win did not come as a surprise, as the player stated she had been expecting it.
She told the publication: "The two other friends that I play with have both won the National Bingo Game £100,000 jackpot, so it was only a matter of time before it was my turn."
The generous winner added that she intends to share the money equally with her sister-in-law.
Previously, the biggest win at the Top Ten club in Fleetwood was £52,000 on October 10th 2006, according to National Bingo.
