The mother-of-four revealed her shock following the win, which totalled £51,500 with regional prizes added.

It comes 12 years since the lucky player joined Glasgow's Mecca Bingo Online Forge club, where she has played three or four times a week since 1995.

She said: "I really couldn't believe it - never in all my dreams did I ever think I'd win the National."

Two of her four children were present when her numbers came up and will now share in the win.

Meanwhile, her remaining two children, seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren are all to be treated, she stated.

Players at the afternoon and evening games in the Mecca Bingo Online Forge club are to be treated to a special offer on Wednesday, April 25th.

Registered uk bingo players are advised by the club that they can pay half-price for cards but receive 100 per cent of any winnings.
