DOUBLE WIN FOR UK ONLINE BINGO SITE
27/06/2007Over £100,000 was shared by two Virgin Bingo winners in the space of a fortnight, the UK online bingo site states.
A reasonable £32,257.95 was scooped by hkelly, Virgin Bingo reveals.
But the greater of the two wins almost hit six figures alone, as Pollyanna18 claimed a sum of £91,166.75 for a single game.
And the lucky punter tells Virgin Bingo that she had never intended to play on the UK online bingo site until her daughter suggested she give it a try.
"My daughter gave me the copy of the News of the World which had an offer in it for £2 of free bingo on Virgin Bingo," she admits.
"I had only bought £3 of tickets as I thought the jackpot wouldn't go until it had hit £100,000."
Pollyanna18 adds that her turn on the UK online bingo site was a break from her usual Wednesday sessions of land-based bingo.
