A £45,000 bingo jackpot could help the winner to invest more wisely, as she revealed plans to save some of it.

But her family will not be missing out, as she added that they can expect to be treated too.

The five-figure bingo jackpot was claimed recently at the Breckland Club in Guildhall Street, Thetford, reports game operator National Bingo.

And the winner told the operating body: "It's a really nice, happy friendly club."

"The staff are great and so is the food," she continued, adding that she plays a couple of times a week with family members alongside her.

Earlier in the year, the lucky bingoer also had reason to celebrate as she shared in a £1,000 link game jackpot.

National Bingo lists some six previous bingo jackpots claimed at the Brecklands Club, totalling almost £140,000.
