Julie Anne of Ward End had to share the national jackpot after more than one player hit bingo in 45 calls, the game's operating body reveals.
The resultant prize came to £25,000 - plus the house prize - prompting her to term the win "very nice".
And while she suggests the figure is unlikely to change her life, the winner adds: "I have already seen a car and ordered it."
"My mum is not a fan, though she might change her mind now - she didn't believe me when I phoned home to tell them the news," she tells National Bingo.
Her win came following a last-minute text message from a friend, inviting her to the Walkers Club in Beaufort Park.
And the lucky winner reveals that if she had stopped at a cashpoint, instead of borrowing money from her mum, she would have been late and missed the jackpot ticket.
In the UK, one in ten women and one in 20 men regularly take part in the game, according to National Bingo.
