09/10/2007The 81-year-old winner of a recent £10,000 bingo prize says she is going to spend it all.
Some is to go on a cruise for her and her husband, the recipient told the game's operating body.
"I also intend to spend the money on days and weekends out until it's all gone," she admitted to National Bingo.
Her family includes six children, eight grandchildren and a further six great-grandchildren.
And with Christmas fast approaching, the uk bingo fan may find she has little trouble in spending the money.
While the overall jackpot was £20,000, another player elsewhere in the UK reached their full house on the same call.
As a result, both lucky punters shared the prize equally, National Bingo explains.
The Crown Club in Havant, where the win was achieved, has so far presented players with more than £750,000, according to figures from the operating body.
