DOUBLE CELEBRATION FOR BINGO WINNER
30/10/2007Some five players all hit bingo on the same call in a recent £100,000 national jackpot, sharing the prize equally between them.
And one tells the game's operating body of her delight with the £20,000 sum, as she has two reasons to celebrate coming up.
"The money is going to come in handy with my first grandchild on the way," the 46-year-old explains to National Bingo.
"It's my 25th wedding anniversary next year so we may use some of the money to take a special holiday," she adds.
The Romford player reached her full house in 45 balls, the same as players in Manchester, Wrexham, Burnley and Kent.
In August, the £100,000 national jackpot was also shared among five players, including a 65-year-old Peterborough player.
And a 52-year-old uk bingo fan from Thornton Heath informed National Bingo that her son did not believe her when she told him of the win at the time.
