And he tells the operating body of his plans for the money - with a number of family members likely to benefit.
Not least is the lucky bingo fan himself, who reveals he is to pay off some of his debts.
But not all the money is to go on himself, with five of his offspring - including one grandchild - also to receive treats.
One thing which is not in doubt is the glee with which the winner is to make use of the £50,000 share he receives.
"I'm going to enjoy spending it," he tells National uk Bingo.
A 65-year-old Nantwich woman recently revealed plans to spend a big bingo win on a luxury holiday complete with VIP treatment and room service for her and her husband.
