While winners of Bingos UK's Rich Monday promotion are promised a Christmas tree, they need not worry about dropping pine needles on the floor.

For the prize is a symbol of their success and represents one point towards their end-of-contest total.

As well as the alpine emblems, regular loyalty points are also promised to winners and runners-up of games held during the allotted time.

Those members of the UK bingo site hoping to benefit should log on between 20:00 and 23:00 GMT for a chance to win.

During the promotion, players choose two numbers and, should their ball be drawn, call "I love my tree" in the chat.

First to call receives two trees and two loyalty points, with the figure halved for the second player to see their numbers come up.

At the end of the promotion, the player with the most trees is to receive an additional £50 from the UK bingo site.

Bingos UK is also taking votes for 'roomie of the month', the first in a new regular series of accolades to be given to members.
