MECCA BINGO REVEALS PAYOUT PLEASURE
23/06/2008Mecca Bingo has announced its pleasure at the success of one of its land-based players in the national game.
An unnamed man, who has been a member of the gaming group's venue at Penel Orlieu, Bridgwater, since 1992, recently found victory.
He scooped £11,000 on the UK bingo jackpot game, leaving him gobsmacked, reports National Bingo.
Mecca Bingo duty manager Lee Rothery tells the game operator: "He really didn't know what to say.
"We're always pleased when a regular customer wins a large amount of money."
The £11,000 sum was achieved by a three-way split of the £30,000 UK bingo jackpot, with regional prizes adding to the total amount won.
Players at the Mecca Bingo Bridgwater venue have the option of playing on 25 slot machines as well as taking part in bingo games.
Mecca Bingo adds that cash machines are also available, while a bar and cafe provide refreshments for players.
