UK BINGO WINNER LEFT RED FACED
26/08/2008One winner of the UK bingo jackpot was left red-faced with excitement after seeing her numbers come up, National Bingo reports.
Her victory secured her more than £60,000 on the UK bingo link game, including regional and club prizes.
The winner tells National Bingo: "I made my nan jump because I shouted so loud!
"I couldn't believe it and I went bright red."
National Bingo points out that this is the second £60,000 jackpot to head to the Bicester Gala Bingo club recently.
Two weeks earlier, another member of the venue also scooped the five-figure sum as her numbers came up.
Previously, the game's operating body revealed the disbelief of the earlier of the two winners.
She told the organisation that she would not believe she had claimed the money until she could hold the cheque in her hand.
Rather than the £60,000 sum, she had originally thought she had won the club prize of £150.
