BINGO NIGHT LIVE AIMS FOR RECORD

Bingo Night Live, ITV's late-night televised game, is aiming to break the online bingo world record.

The broadcaster explains that a world record attempt is to be held under the watchful eye of representatives from Guinness.

Presenter Michael Underwood comments that he is "really excited" about taking part in the event as the game aims to beat the existing record.

"I am confident we can get everyone in the UK behind us to help us reach it," he adds.

Meanwhile, the biggest jackpot ever to have been awarded on the show is expected to be up for grabs in the online bingo game.

Unless it is scooped before the event on Friday, October 10th, the Golden Jackpot is predicted to reach £60,000.

ITV explains that online bingo players can get in on the Bingo Night Live action by registering at its website.

After doing so, they can print out their own cards or allow the game's computer system to keep track of their numbers automatically.
