PLATINUM PLAY SCOOPS SECOND PLACE IN AWARDS

Newcomer to the online bingo world Platinum Play Bingo has scooped second place in the WhichBingo.co.uk awards Site of the Year category, it has been announced.

The site narrowly missed out to Jackpot Joy, which took the top spot.

Platinum Play Bingo was also nominated in the New Site of the Year category, in which it came fourth.

There were 23 new bingo sites competing for this award, with Bingo Playground eventually coming top of the pile.

The site said it was an "exceptional achievement" for an online bingo site that has been up and running for less than a year.

Loyal fans were praised by Platinum Play, which also paid tribute to the ongoing support of its players.

Platinum Play Bingo is owned by the Fortune Lounge Group, which also runs a number of online poker sites.

It is currently offering a "Bingo Ball for Life" promotion as well as a "Wonderful Winter Giveaway".
