ONLINE BINGO PLAYERS FIND LOVE
24/02/2009Two online bingo fans have found love while playing on bingo site BingoOnTheBox, it has been reported.
Rachel Brooks and Steven Reeves, both 43, first starting chatting using the messaging function on the site and then swapped email addresses and phone numbers.
Mr Reeves told the Weston Mercury: "BingoOnTheBox.com has given us both a new lease of life and put our faith back in love."
He told the newspaper that he started playing bingo online last year after he found that playing land bingo was becoming too expensive.
Ms Brooks said she had "pretty much given up" on finding a partner as she is busy working at the Indian restaurant she owns.
She said that the relationships started as "a bit of banter" but soon blossomed into chatting on the phone several times a day.
The pair were treated to a Valentine's Day trip to a spa by the bingo site.
