One grandmother was left "over the moon" after hitting the UK bingo Platinum Jackpot recently.
The game's UK operating authority, National Bingo, reports her success on July 27th at her local Gala Bingo venue in Coatbridge.
While the winner is not named, Bellshill residents might want to look out for a 62-year-old woman flashing the cash in the coming weeks.
She tells National Bingo of a "really strange" fact regarding her win - that her full house was completed on balls 7 and 27, the same as the date of her victory.
The lucky punter adds: "I am delighted, over the moon - I have been playing bingo since I was old enough."
Her £168,000 win follows a history of playing at the venue which dates back to before Gala Bingo took it over.
Scottish bingo players have the option of a new Gala Bingo hall to play at, as the gaming operator's website reveals there is now a venue at Clydebank KPark.
