A pair of UK bingo jackpot winners have received gracious responses from fellow members of their Gala Bingo and Flutters clubs, it has emerged.
The first, a 62-year-old man from Bradford, claimed more than £60,000 on the UK bingo link game, reports National Bingo.
His win came at the Gala Bingo club in Oasby Croft as he completed a full house in the fewest balls nationwide.
The venue's assistant manager Josie Merrick says: "There was a great atmosphere, with everyone clapping and cheering him."
In all, he scooped more than £1,000 in cash for each year of his life so far.
Meanwhile, over in Hinckley, fortune smiled on a 45-year-old woman as she too secured the £60,000 national prize, plus regional and club sums at the town's Flutters club.
She tells National Bingo: "There was a fantastic atmosphere when they announced how much I had won, with everyone clapping and cheering me."
