Bingo lightning has once again hit the same place twice, as Mecca Bingo members in Dudley discovered.
The game's UK operating body, National Bingo, reports that players at the venue have seen two national jackpots head their way recently.
On June 26th, a 21-year-old woman playing her third ever session of bingo secured more than £16,000.
"A work colleague of mine told me playing bingo was great fun so I decided to try and this was the third consecutive week I had gone," she tells National Bingo.
Earlier, on June 22nd, the first payout was awarded to a local factory worker, also at the Brierley Hill Mecca Bingo club.
He earned around £70,000 on the national link game - smashing his previous maximum winnings of £750.
Dudley bingo players hit the jackpot three times in the second half of 2007 as the link game paid out sums of between £20,000 and £25,000, National Bingo figures show.
