A mum of two is sticking to an agreement she made and will share her £30,000 of bingo winnings with a friend.
National Bingo explains that Claire Evans won the national prize of £27,895, the regional total of £2,242 and the club jackpot of £138 by completing a full house in 44 calls.
The 38-year-old tells the game operator: "It was fantastic. Everybody was so pleased for me. I'm going to buy my husband the new motorbike he wants and then I'll be wise and put the rest in a savings account."
It notes that Ms Evans has been playing bingo at the Castle Bingo club in Bridgend for the past year.
A party night is planned at the facility in honour of her win and all members present will be able to enjoy free food and bubbly.
Meanwhile, National Bingo reports that a mum from Wolverhampton recently picked up more than £15,000 at her local Mecca Bingo club after 20 years of determined playing.
