One Clydebank woman was shocked after scooping a five figure bingo win, it has been revealed.
A catering assistant in Scotland may be in the mood to celebrate as she won over £33,000.
The 25-year-old was playing at Drumchapel's Mecca Bingo Club when she took home more than £33,000 across three jackpots.
Landing £31,165 on the National Bingo Prize, the UK bingo win also involved gaining the £2,000 regional prize.
She also won the house prize of £257.
Commenting on her UK bingo win, she told the bingo operator: "The woman sitting next to me said you might have won something big. When they announced twenty minutes later how much I had won, I was very shocked.
"I was shaking so much I couldn't carry on playing."
The bingo victory is likely to have proved especially timely, as the winner's son celebrates his first birthday this week.
Now she is to put the money towards her child's saving account and a holiday to Majorca that she had already booked.
Earlier this week, it was revealed that a West Midlands UK bingo player won about £12,000 at the Mecca Bingo Club in Bilston.
