ITV Bingo / Friends Reunited Bingo / Emmerdale Bingo “Passport to Points” Promotion – Terms & Conditions


You agree that by taking part in the ITV Bingo / Friends Reunited Bingo / Emmerdale Bingo (each being the relevant “Website”) “Passport to Points” promotion (the “Promotion”), that you will be bound by these Terms and Conditions as well as our Terms and Conditions of Use (collectively the “Rules”).
To be eligible to take part in the Promotion you must:
be eighteen (18) years of age or older or the legal age of majority in your home country, state or province;
have successfully completed registration on the Gaming Service and opened a Real Money Player Account; and must
be a resident of and located in the United Kingdom of Great Britain, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man (the “UK”).

(any player who meets this criteria shall be deemed a “Qualifying Player”)
 
In order to open a “Real Money Player Account” players must have registered on the Gaming Service to open an account and deposited a minimum of fifteen pounds sterling (£15.00).
Details of the time periods between which the Promotion runs, how to participate in the Promotion along with other details of the Promotion (if applicable) (collectively “Prizes”) can be found at itvbingo, emmerdalebingo, friendsreunitedbingo.

 
The “Prizes” will mean the following deposit bonuses and ITV Play Points once they have accumulated the relevant points target (the “Points Criteria”):

2500+ Deposit bonus of 200% up to £300 or in the event that the qualifying player earns the most ITV Play Points during the promotion period out of all qualifying players participating in the promotion, they shall receive a prize package of their choice (strictly subject to availability) 


In order to receive the relevant bonus amount featured as part of the Prizes (the “Bonus Amount”), Qualifying Players must fulfill the following wagering requirements on any game within the relevant Website, and enter the relevant bonus code where indicated in the cashier within the relevant Website (the “Bonus Code”):

The “Prize Package” shall be defined as return economy class flights for two from the European airport nearest to the winner's home to either Barcelona, Prague, or Rome, transfers from the airport to the hotel in the relevant country, two nights' accommodation at a five-star hotel in the relevant city (based on two people sharing, including breakfast), and dinner for two one evening at a restaurant in the relevant city, chosen by us at our sole discretion.
For the avoidance of doubt, once Qualifying Players have reached a certain Points Criteria, they can either choose to either "cash-in" their ITV Player Points at any time during the Promotion Period and receive the relevant prize, according to the number of ITV Player Points accumulated, or carry on accumulating enough ITV Player Points until they satisfy a higher Points Criteria. By way of example only, if a Qualifying Player has accumulated three hundred and ten (310) ITV Player Points they can either chose to take their Deposit Bonus, or they can take the number of ITV Player Points indicated and continue accumulating ITV Play Points until such time as they have enough for a different Prize.
Prizes (if awarded) will be paid into the winner’s Real Money Player Accounts within forty-eight (48) hours of the end of the Promotion.
Where it is a requirement of any Promotion that a certain number of ITV Play Points be accrued, then unless otherwise expressly indicated, the reference to "ITV Player Points" shall mean standard ITV Player Points accrued during the applicable Promotion and during the relevant Promotion period only. Unless otherwise indicated, ‘Bonus’ ITV Player Points, ITV Player Points accrued through "topping" or which have been redeemed or used in any way outside of the relevant Promotion will not be counted towards such requirement and once ITV Player Points have been redeemed in connection with a Promotion they may not then be reclaimed.
If a non-Qualifying Player takes part in the Promotion we reserve, without prejudice to any other rights under the Rules, to seek the return of any Prize from that player’s Real Money Player Account.
Officers, directors, employees, consultants or agents of PartyGaming or its group or one of its subsidiaries, parent or associated companies (its “Group”), or suppliers or vendors (including their advertising, printing and publicity agencies) are not permitted to open a Real Money Player Account (“Unauthorised Persons”).    Relatives of Unauthorised Persons are also not permitted to open a Real Money Player Account.  For the purposes of the Rules the term “Relative” shall include, but not be limited to, a spouse, partner, child or sibling of an Unauthorised Person.  For the avoidance of doubt Unauthorised Persons and Relatives cannot be Qualifying Players.
We reserve the right at our sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process, the operation of the Promotion, or violates the Rules.
Our Group may use the information that you provide during the Promotion or Real Money Player Account registration process to provide you with information about our products and services. You must inform us if you do not wish to receive such information.
We reserve the right to alter, amend or terminate this Promotion, or any aspect of it, at any time and without prior notice.  We may make changes to these Terms and Conditions and the Rules and will notify you of these changes by posting the modified terms on this page.  We recommend you revisit these Terms and Conditions regularly, and by your continued use of the Website you accept any such modified terms.
Any dispute or situation not covered by the Rules will be resolved by our management in a manner it deems to be the fairest to all concerned, and that decision shall be final and/or binding on all entrants.  No correspondence will be entered into.
If the Promotion can not be executed as planned, including any problems or technical malfunction beyond our control, we shall incur no liability and no Prize will be awarded.
The “Gaming Service” means any gaming website forming part of the gaming services offered by ITV and shall include ITV Casino, ITV Poker, ITV Bingo, ITV Bets and ITV Backgammon or such other websites as may be offered on the service from time-to-time.
